An ex-Worldpay team founded this FinTech to bring ERP levels of spend management control to SMEs for a fraction of the price, based around an innovative corporate card programme that tightly integrates with all the main accounting platforms.

Zeetta

Founded on IP from the world renowned High-Performance Networks group at Bristol University, Zeetta’s software defined network operating system (NetOS) simplifies network operations and management, minimising the pain and cost that continuous business transformation brings to networks.

Our team’s exits

We have been investing in deep tech companies for decades across ADV, ARM, Bloc and Vodafone. Below is a selection of some of our investments that have successfully exited either through IPO or acquisition. We have been involved in public listings in China, the UK and the USA, as well as acquisitions to Amazon, Microsoft, Qualcomm and Singtel to name a few.

Affirmed (acquired)

Virtualized Evolved Packet Core (vEPC) is a game changer for communication service providers, enabling them to scale their networks to keep up with the insatiable demands for mobile services. A Vodafone investment which was acquired by Microsoft for $1.35bn.

Amobee (acquired)

Amobee is a marketing technology company whose flagship Brand Intelligence technology measures digital engagement to provide a deeper understanding of audiences, their mindset and interests. A Vodafone investment which was acquired by Singtel for $321m.

Annapurna Labs (acquired)

Inventing the next generation of cloud computing infrastructure and the compute, machine learning, storage and networking industry as a whole. An ARM investment which was acquired by Amazon for $350m.

Arteris IP (acquired)

Develops the on-chip interconnect fabric technology and deployment technology used to create System-on-Chip (SoC) semiconductor designs for a variety of devices, particularly in automotive electronics, AI/ML and consumer markets. An ARM investment which was acquired by Qualcomm for $285m.

Current Health (acquired)

Current Health produces wearable devices which enable remote monitoring of hospital patient’s vital signs and design or offer suitable care options. An ADV investment which was acquired by Best Buy.

EVRYTHNG (acquired)

Providing IoT infrastructure that virtually connects trillions of physical products to the internet, giving visibility to tier-1 brands from factory to end-consumer by creating an individual digital identity for products. A Bloc investment that has agreed to be acquired by Digimarc.

Marmalade (MBO)

Started life as a cross-platform software development kit (SDK) and game engine, became a leading games studio developing high-quality video game based on licensed IP from tier-1 brands, most notably Hasbro. A Bloc investment that was acquired by LDC.

MobileIron (IPO)

An American software company that provided unified endpoint and enterprise mobility management for mobile devices, such as multi-factor authentication. Vodafone investment that went through a NASDAQ IPO before being acquired by Ivanti.

Thundersoft (IPO)

A Chinese provider of research, development and technical services for the operation systems for enterprises, founded in 2008 and backed by Qualcomm Ventures. An ARM investment that listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2015.
